A Cinereous Vulture (Aegypius monachus) surveys its territory in the Pyrenees. Although this old world vulture is found across a huge range, from Portugal to Korea, populations have seriously declined in recent times. However in the last few years breeding and re-introduction schemes are helping to increase numbers.
